Here we’re talking about social sustainability. This place sells baked goods and chocolate. The interesting part is what goes on behind the scenes – they employee 400 employees disabled people, people who struggle to enter the workforce and give them a steady employment. After talking with Fritz, the employees are extremely diligent and hardworking. The chocolate is of high quality, a great take home gift or souvenir (that won’t last too long).
