Cantine des Dents-Blanches

You arrive at the plateau de Barme after a 2h hike from Champéry or by car on another itinery. Wenn we arrived, the atmosphere was really calm and wild up there and you feel free in the mountains! Denis (the owner) and Christophe (the manager) welcomed us and make you feel directly at home! We took the apero with local products and ate a delicious cheese fondue à l’ail des ours!!! To be tested! They also explained us the philosophy of preservation of the chalet as it was in 1906, and their envy to continue with this tradition. It is not for nothing that their moto is: “Au coeur de l’alpage… Authentique, Intemporel”! So hurry up and take a while to visit them during the summer!
